Pankaj Bajaj
Associate
Based in New Delhi, Pankaj focuses on monitoring the financial and operational compliance of Xander’s real estate investments.
Prior to Xander, from 2006 to 2008, Pankaj was with Koncept Ambience, a pioneer in gated community projects in Hyderabad, where he was responsible for Accounting and Finance for 15 projects worth in aggregate over US$ 100 MM. He also oversaw the group’s entire indirect taxation group. Earlier, from 1998 to 2004, he was with PwC in their Audit and International Reporting divisions where he audited such clients as SmithKline Beecham and Novozymes.
Pankaj is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated from Badruka College, Hyderabad.
Ketaki Jhalani
Analyst
Based in New Delhi, Ketaki focuses on monitoring the financial and operational compliance of Xander’s residential and infrastructure assets.
Prior to Xander, Ketaki was a part of Ernst & Young’s Assurance Team where she worked with clients across various industries including manufacturing, telecom, information technology, media and entertainment.
Ketaki is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.
Rajat Gandhi
Analyst
Based in New Delhi, Rajat focuses on monitoring the financial and operational compliance of Xander’s residential and commercial investments.
Prior to Xander, Rajat was an Assistant Manager at PwC where he was responsible for analyzing the performance of clients through the review of financial statements, market information and macroeconomic environment.
Rajat is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors from the University of Delhi.
Priyanka Khanna
Associate
Based in New Delhi, Priyanka focuses on asset management of Xander’s credit investments and is responsible for risk management and compliance with the Reserve Bank of India’s regulations for Xander’s Non-Bank Financial Company, Xander Finance.
Prior to Xander, Priyanka was a Manager at Bharti Group’s corporate office where she was responsible for business planning, monitoring, and review of the Realty, Teletech and VAS businesses. Earlier, from 2004 to 2010, Priyanka was with KPMG in its assurance advisory division assisting clients with statutory audits and group reporting.
Priyanka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.
Anup Singhania
Analyst
Based in New Delhi, Anup focuses on monitoring the financial and operational compliance of Xander’s investee companies.
Prior to Xander, Anup was part of PricewaterhouseCooper’s M&A Transaction tax team where he worked with clients across various industries including healthcare, information technology, and oil and gas. Prior to PwC, he was part of Ernst & Young’s Risk Advisory Services team where he worked with clients across the manufacturing and healthcare sector.
Anup is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) Level III candidate.
